About the Role

As the Director of Sales and Member Engagement, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives. You will oversee the development and execution of sales plans, manage the sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

In addition, you will play a vital role in enhancing member engagement by developing and implementing innovative programs, events, and experiences that resonate with our diverse audience. Your creativity and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Sales and Member Engagement, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Leading and managing the sales team, providing coaching and guidance
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential partners and sponsors
  • Creating and implementing innovative member engagement programs and events
  • Overseeing the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support sales and member engagement efforts
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales and/or member engagement roles within the Arts & Entertainment industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
